Musical Hands institute of Learning est. 2026
Musical Hands Institute of Learning was established out of a deep understanding of the frustration many aspiring musicians face: the sincere desire to learn an instrument, yet the inability to find a teacher willing to guide them. Musical Hands founded this school after witnessing too many individuals—both in the church and the broader community—who longed to play or perform but had no one to patiently invest in their growth. With a faith-based approach, instruction is grounded in the belief that every person has God-given potential, and that proper guidance should be both encouraging and structured. The institute exists to close that gap by offering welcoming, family-oriented education that honors the heart of worship, the discipline of musicianship, and the joy of discovery for students of every age.

About our CEO: Marquis Nixon Miller
Welcome to Musical Hands Institute of Learning. On behalf of our entire family here in Goldsboro, I want to personally thank you for considering us as you begin or continue your musical journey. It is truly an honor to welcome new students into our community. Music has been a central part of my life for over 32 years. I began playing drums, keyboard, and the Hammond organ at the age of 6, and I have been blessed to grow in that gift ever since. It is my joy to now share that experience with students of all ages through patient, faith-based, and family-oriented instruction. Whether you are picking up an instrument for the first time or returning to sharpen your skills, you have a place here. We are committed to inspiring, instructing, and empowering every learner who walks through our doors. Thank you for trusting us with your musical growth, and we look forward to walking alongside you every step of the way. “Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.” — Psalm 33:3
